Whose Job is it Anyway?

With the economy the way it is it seems a good time for employers to take advantage of employees. People are afraid of getting laid off and management knows how to use that! What management should be afraid of is the GOOD help seeking greener pastures. We all need to remember that the jobs belong to the company, not the worker. Jobs are seldom lost, like money, they just change hands and never seem to belong to the working class. The bosses seem to think it is a good time to tighten the screws! I see it as a good time to warm up my resume'!
